Good Read, personally liked the way how it is articulated, will follow these steps too as I have began my LinkedIn journey :)

I've met dozens of writers over the years, maybe hundreds. I'm amazed at how engaged many of them are.

They'll have 200k followers on a platform and still find the time to comment on other people's posts. Not just big creators either -- small, medium, and big accounts.

I usually tell my students that the amount of time they need to spend engaging needs to go up at least 10X. And like you said, don't just say great job.

- Add value: I have gotten many influential followers on Twitter by quote tweeting and expanding on their ideas

- Crack jokes: I got 300 likes on a tweet reply that made the creator laugh

- Get meta: Don't just respond to posts, respond to the comments other people left as well and be a huge part of the conversation!
